Elise participates in the "Trek Across Maine" bike tour to raise money for the American Lung Association. The Trek is a 3-day, 180 mile tour across the mountains of Maine to the Sea. You can count on Freedom Wave to donate to your cause, as well as, rewarding you for your selfless efforts. Way to go Elise. We need more Americans like you!

"Sweet Caroline" was a geophysicist, entrepreneur, bowler, disc jockey and a believer of "living life to its fullest" until the last minute. Her desire was to educate people through a film of taking responsibility for your own life, even planning her own funeral. Kudos go out to the Colorado high school students who finished her video when she passed on and was unable to complete it herself. Instead of her life being over, an appropriate epitaph would be "to be continued..."

Christmas is the season for volunteering and giving. Our nation's retailers have many regulations for this purpose. Walmart has an "outside only" policy. So if you volunteer at a Walmart, you know you will be in the elements. So the Freedom Wave Foundation went on the lookout for a special volunteer. We found Chris in the snowy region around Sebago Lake in Maine. With two feet of snow on the ground and single-digit temperatures, Chris was smiling and greeting people as they went about their holiday shopping. Thanks, Chris, you are a special American!
